Delivery terms

We deliver orders within Ukraine only, with Nova Poshta, so your order arrives quickly and safely. The recipient pays for delivery at the carrier’s rates.

🚚 Shipping

We ship on the day of confirmation if you confirm the order by 16:30 on a weekday. Orders confirmed later or at weekends are shipped on the next working day.

📦 Collection and storage

Parcels from “Arzhen” are kept at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 working days (the carrier’s standard rate).

Important: to keep the parcel from being returned, collect it within the first 3 working days after it arrives at the branch. On the 4th working day we automatically return the item from the Nova Poshta warehouse to the sender.

🔄 Extending storage

If you cannot collect the parcel within 3 days, message or call a manager with the order or waybill number and we will extend storage. Please note: from the 6th working day storage is charged at the carrier’s rates.

Delivery options

To a Nova Poshta branch

• You will get an SMS from Nova Poshta with the waybill number when the order arrives.
• You can collect it any time after the SMS, during the branch opening hours.

To a Nova Poshta parcel locker

• Only fully prepaid orders can be collected from parcel lockers.
• One item per order. To receive several items at a parcel locker, place a separate order for each.

By Nova Poshta courier

• Weekdays until 21:00, weekends according to the carrier’s schedule.
• The courier calls 30–60 minutes before arriving at the address in the order.
• The courier brings the item up to your floor if it weighs under 100 kg, is within 150×185×170 cm, and the floor and lift details are correct. Otherwise — to the entrance.

In short

• Shipping: on the day of confirmation if confirmed by 16:30 on a weekday.
• Collect: within 3 working days — on the 4th the parcel is returned.
• Extension: send the manager the parcel number and we will extend storage.
• Paid storage: from the 6th working day at Nova Poshta rates.
