  • All parcels from "Arzhen" are stored at Nova Poshta branches for 5 business days (standard carrier tariff).
  • Important: To prevent your parcel from being returned, please pick it up within the first 3 business days after it arrives at the branch. On the 4th business day, we automatically return the goods from the Nova Poshta warehouse to the sender.

You can pick up your order at any time after receiving the SMS about the parcel's arrival, according to the branch's working hours.
Your order will be stored free of charge at the branch for 5 business days. If you do not receive the order after this period, the goods will be returned to the store.

Only fully prepaid orders can be received at parcel lockers. You can pay for your order on our website by bank card or using the Privat24/LiqPay payment system, or by using the "Installment Payment" service from JSC CB "PrivatBank".
An order can contain only one item. If you plan to order multiple items for delivery to a parcel locker, you need to place each item as a separate order.
