Placing an Order

Follow these simple steps to place an order:

1. Find the items you need and add them to your cart.

   Browse the catalog, select your favorite items, and add them to your cart. You can add multiple sizes for try-on.

2. Go to your cart to proceed.

   Open your cart, review the selected items, and click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

3. Choose a delivery address.

   You can enter a new address or select one of your previously used addresses — they are saved in your profile.

4. Select a delivery method.

   Choose a convenient option: courier delivery or pickup from a parcel locker / pick-up point.

5. Choose delivery conditions.

   Configure additional options: delivery time, the possibility of trying on items, partial refusal of goods.

6. Confirm your order.

   Click the "Place order" button. After that, you will receive a confirmation via email and in your personal account.

Tip: if you're unsure about the size, add two adjacent sizes to your cart — you can return the extra one to the courier upon delivery.
